REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
 
Deposit policy:
Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE  (that includes any additional deposits made towards tattoo session).


- Cancellation policy:
You can cancel anytime, however you WILL FORFIT YOUR DEPOSIT if you do so, as the deposit is non-refundable.

- If you need to reschedule, you can do so. Please contact us 48 hrs prior to your appointment,
FIRST RESCHEDULE IS FREE. 
SECOND RESCHEDULE FEE IS $50. 

Anything after that will be consider a cancellation.

If there are any scheduling changes or problems, you must contact us by email info@thewesttattoostudio.com


- No show = Cancellation.

- If you are running late to your appointment, contact your artist.
There is a 15
 min late grace period; anything past that may result in a reschedule and a fee may apply.
If you do get rescheduled, an additional $50 non-refundable deposit will be required (you will loose $50 on your previous deposit).

Touch Ups!
-Touch ups are free (within 4-8 weeks after the tattoo appointment, anything passed 8 weeks if subject to pay a new fee. 

Any mistreated tattoo or tattoo not healed properly by the client will not be considered a free touch up
